The stage is set for Championship Sunday on November 16th at Mattakeesett! All games will be held on Lt. Brian M. McPhillips Field. (Field B)

Here’s when each division will crown its champion:

8:30am – 1st Grade Super Bowl

9:45am – 2nd Grade Super Bowl

11:00am – 7/8/9 Super Bowl

12:30pm – 5/6 Super Bowl

1:45pm – 3rd Grade Super Bowl

3:00pm – 4th Grade Super Bowl

✨ Fifteen minutes prior to each game, we’ll hold an on-field ceremony to recognize our 2025 Damian D’Angelo Sportsmanship Award Winners for each respective division.

It’s the biggest day of the PYFFL season — come cheer on the players, celebrate great sportsmanship, and enjoy a full day of flag football action! 🏈

🏈 PYFFL Playoff Seeds Announced!

The regular season is officially in the books, and the stage is set for the PYFFL Playoffs! Across every division, teams have battled, improved, and prepared for the postseason. The final standings are locked, and playoff seeds have been determined in all divisions. Every team is in, every game matters, and it all starts this Friday night at Mattakeesett. Let’s finish what’s been an incredible season the PYFFL way — with great effort, great sportsmanship, and a whole lot of fun.

PYFFL Unified Shines Under the Lights

The Pembroke Youth Flag Football League wrapped up its inaugural PYFFL Unified season on Sunday, October 26th, with a memorable AFC vs. NFC Jamboree under the lights at Mattakeesett Field.

The event marked the culmination of a groundbreaking first season for PYFFL Unified, a program designed to bring athletes with and without intellectual disabilities together on the same field to learn, compete, and celebrate the spirit of inclusion.

📷 SAY CHEESE! PYFFL PICTURE DAYS AHEAD

We are excited to share that PYFFL Team and Player Picture Days will take place each of the next two Sundays, September 21st and 28th. PHOTOS ON 9/21 WILL TAKE PLACE ON SOFTBALL FIELD #2. This is on the far right next to Fields C & D.

The by-team schedule is above. Please review it carefully so you know when your child’s team is scheduled for photos.

We will have paper order forms available at the fields on Picture Day, but the easiest and fastest option is to order online in advance. Doing so will make the process on Picture Day much smoother and quicker for everyone involved.

THE SEASON FINALLY KICKS OFF WITH FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS AT MATTAKEESETT

After a soggy start to September, we are finally ready to play football!

This Friday night, September 12th,  the season officially gets underway. Our originally scheduled Opening Day on Sunday was washed out, but the wait is almost over. The fields have dried out, the lights are ready, and over 700 kids are about to begin their 2025 PYFFL journey.

PYFFL Registration Is Now Closed For 2025

Registration for the 2025 PYFFL season is now officially closed. With more players enrolled than ever before, this fall is shaping up to be our biggest season yet.

All rosters and waitlists are full, and as a result, we will not respond to any emails requesting late registration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to kick off another great season of football in September!

K Through 6 Registrations Now Closed

Registration for the Fall 2025 season is now closed for all divisions from Kindergarten through 6th grade. At this time, the only remaining registration option is for the waitlist in our 7th/8th/9th grade division.

If you are interested in joining the 7/8/9 division waitlist, please register as soon as possible.

Waitlist Info: Each season there are usually a few openings created as players withdraw—whether due to moving out of the area, schedule conflicts, or switching sports—but it's hard to predict how many spots will ultimately become available. These openings typically occur later in the summer, often in August, as other commitments start to take shape.

Waitlists are available in each division to fill any openings created. You're welcome to request a full refund and leave the waitlist at any time. We automatically refund all waitlisted players who are not added to a team by Week 1 in September.

PYFFL Announces The Launch of Unified Flag Football Program!

Pembroke Youth Flag Football League is proud to announce the launch of Unified Flag Football, a program that brings together athletes with and without intellectual disabilities to compete and grow as teammates. The creation of unified sports was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding.

In partnership with Special Olympics, PYFFL Unified will foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and community while aligning with the national Unified Sports model supported by Special Olympics and NFLFlag.

Registration for 2025 begins in March!

Mark your calendars! Registration for the 2025 PYFFL season kicks off this month. Beginning Sunday, March 16th, registration will be exclusively open to returning players for a two-week period. This priority window ensures that 2024 participants have the opportunity to secure their spot for the upcoming season.

We expect a high level of interest in registration once it is open to all on April 1st. Please keep your eye out for more details on registration as we get closer.
